Goldwind Technology said that Beijing Tianrun, a wholly-owned subsidiary, is planning to cooperate with Apple on wind power projects, transferring its subsidiary company Nanyang Runtang New Energy, Zibo Runchuan New Energy, Shunneng Wind Power and Qiaojia A 30% stake in Tianqiao Wind Power will be given to Apple. After the transfer is completed, many important matters must be unanimously approved by the directors of each target project company.
