Overview:
In actual work, the measurement of multi-channel resistance is generally carried out by manual measurement. Although this method is very mature, there are many supporting equipments, manual recording and manual calculation of measurement data, complicated operation and low efficiency. After-the-fact data processing and the issuance of measurement reports are time-consuming and laborious, and are prone to false judgments and missed judgments caused by human factors. It is difficult to ensure measurement quality and affect the smooth progress of scientific research and experimental production tasks. Aiming at these problems, this paper designs a resistor multi-channel measurement system based on MSP430 single-chip microcomputer. The system uses two MSP430F169 single-chip microcomputers to realize the dual-chip system by using the integrated I2C communication module of the single-chip microcomputer. The use of a two-machine structure enhances the system's anti-jamming capability and reliability, improving the accuracy and stability of the measurement. The multi-channel resistance measuring system has the characteristics of simple structure, low cost, low power consumption, and the measuring range is 10μΩ~3 kΩ, and the measuring precision is 0.2%. It can be used in scientific research and engineering applications, and has strong practical value. The design idea and method of the system are also a useful attempt to study the dual-chip system, laying the foundation for the subsequent research.
