At present, international mobile phone brands are gradually using iris technology to replace fingerprint technology, such as Apple 8, Samsung S8 and so on. Based on this, Guoxing Optoelectronics launched the first VCSEL infrared product of the first GaAs semiconductor material in China. The utility model has the advantages of narrow light exit angle, high light purity, fast light reaction speed and accurate sensing on the back end, wherein the light reaction speed is 10 times that of the LED. Moreover, it can be used directly on the mobile phone like the LED device, and does not require special design and is convenient to use.
