Limited by the conservative power consumption limit set by A.com, the RX 470 is not ideal for the FSE graphics, but it is also close enough to the GTX Titan, an ultra-flagship card with 8,000 bucks three years ago. The DX12 Time Spy will be old. Titan easily limped under the horse and had to say that Kepler was really old. After the power consumption limit is pulled high, the operating frequency of this RX 470 will be stable at 1216MHZ. At this time, the performance will increase by a certain extent, reaching the level of RX480 92-94%. It can be said that both are in the same grade. However, in the DirectX11-based FSE test with the opponent's GTX980 there is still a small gap. But anyway, after all, it was not something of a grade.
The second test project: RX 470 vs RX480, core frequency test
The landlord fixed the RX480 core frequency to 1216MHZ, and full power to prevent down-clocking, compared with the 1216MHZ fixed-state RX470 performance. Note that both memory frequencies are kept at the default value (480 memory cannot be down-converted, while 470 memory is difficult to exceed 480), so the memory bandwidth of 480 will be about 14% higher than 470, which may have a slight impact on the test results.
