Warranty period doubts Apple iPhone4 refurbished machines questioned, Wang Hai said, mainly the warranty period of these phones is a few months shorter than the new machine's one-year warranty.

Wang Hai described in the blog post that the two consumers who represented the lawsuit purchased a black iPhone 16G with a 16G mobile phone at the applEStore retail store (direct store channel) of Joy City, Xidan, on July 9th. Regarding the focus of questioning, Wang Hai told reporters that the general warranty information for Apple products should be directly transmitted from Apple's manufacturer to Apple, and then directly loaded into the system by Apple. This warranty period clearing and related warranty information will be automatically activated once it is sold, and the system will execute it directly. The reason we suspect that it is a refurbished machine is that the warranty time and information of the refurbisher need to be entered manually. This may be a flaw.
