This year, the city intends to openly invite bidding for the lighting design of the Xiangjiang River Scenic Spot. The details are as follows:
1. The main body of the tendering party is the Hengyang Municipal People's Government (the Hengyang Municipal Urban Planning Bureau is responsible for the specific organization work)
