Abstract: Introduce the remote prepaid electric energy management system of Zhongke Innovation Plaza, which uses intelligent prepaid meters for remote control of splitting and combining to achieve the function of prepaid use. The system adopts the method of on-site networking. After networking, it communicates through the field bus and transmits it to the background. The Acrel-3200 remote prepaid power management system realizes the charging and energy efficiency management of the power distribution loop.

0 Overview

This project is a remote prepaid power management system for Zhongke Innovation Plaza. According to the requirements of pre-paid electricity sales, it is necessary to carry out pre-paid power management for the distribution circuits in the distribution boxes of all floors of the commercial plaza to ensure that electricity is charged first.

1 System structure description

This monitoring system mainly realizes the charge management and energy efficiency assessment of the 0.4kV power distribution system of the distribution box on the floor of the Zhongke Innovation Plaza; the monitoring range is 487 DTSY1352-NK on the floor, divided into 12 buses, and the field meters are set through shielded twisted pair wires. It communicates with the serial server of the collection box, uploads the data to the backend of the prepaid system through optical fiber, and finally realizes the data connection between the instrument on the bus and the monitoring host, and completes the system functions of energy efficiency management and charging management.

This monitoring system adopts a hierarchical and distributed structure, that is, the station control layer, the communication layer and the bay layer;

The compartment equipment layer is mainly: prepaid multi-function meters. These devices are installed in the electrical cabinet corresponding to the corresponding primary equipment. These devices all adopt RS485 communication interface and communicate through the field MODBUS bus network to realize data collection on the spot.

The network communication layer is mainly: the serial port server, whose main function is to collect and transmit to the station control layer of the collection devices scattered in the field, and complete the data interaction between the field layer and the station control layer.

Station control management: equipped with high-performance industrial computers, monitors, UPS power supplies, printers and other equipment. The monitoring system is installed on the computer, collects and displays the operating status of the field equipment in a centralized manner, and displays it to the user in the form of human-computer interaction.

The above network instruments all use RS485 interface and MODBUS-RTU communication protocol. RS485 uses shielded wire for transmission. Generally, two wires are used, and the wiring is simple and convenient; the communication interface is half-duplex communication, that is, both parties of the communication can receive and send data but Only data can be sent or received at the same time, and the maximum data transmission rate is 10Mbps.

The RS485 interface is a combination of balanced drivers and differential receivers, with enhanced anti-noise interference capability. Up to 30 devices are allowed to be connected on the bus, and the maximum transmission distance is 1.2km.

2 Main functions of remote prepaid power management system

The entire system software design is divided into three major blocks, namely the centralized meter reading service system, the remote prepaid power management system, and the user query system.

The centralized meter reading service program runs all year round, and remote meter reading is performed on all meters at regular intervals without interruption; the remote prepaid system includes all account opening, electricity sales, remote control and report functions. The main features are as follows:

a. Quick configuration, ready to use: Import the configuration of the meter and the communication management machine into the system and then you can use it;

b. Remote centralized meter reading: manual meter reading is eliminated, and the real-time status of the meter can be accurate to within 3 minutes;

c. Support separate pricing, multiple tariffs, and step electricity prices: each meter can be individually set for electricity prices, tariffs and step electricity prices;

d. Remote electricity sales: centralized financial management, real-time distribution of electricity, and comparison of the number of recharges to prevent cheating;

e. Data security: network data transmission adopts financial-grade 3DES encryption algorithm to prevent data cheating and electricity theft;

f. Remote control: A series of remote control operations such as remote switching or power protection can be performed on any electric meter, which is convenient for management;

g. Energy consumption analysis and query: Both users and administrators can query the daily energy consumption status of prepaid meters or various connected meters;

The traditional IC card prepaid electricity sales management system realizes the management mode of paying the fee first and then using the electricity. However, since the meter reading data depends on the electricity purchase card, the user's electricity consumption data lags behind the time of occurrence, which not only requires manual meter reading, but also cannot Effectively conduct electricity management, monitoring and real-time control.

Using the remote prepaid power management system, without an IC card, it can realize computer remote centralized meter reading, real-time monitoring, remote recharge and remote control, and the property management department can complete the entire meter reading, charging, control and verification work, achieving a high degree of informationization And automation, greatly improving the efficiency and level of electricity marketing management, saving manpower and material resources, but also improving economic benefits, and also has the security function of preventing information leakage and preventing electricity theft.

3 case analysis

Zhongke Innovation Plaza remote prepaid power management system floor distribution box adopts DTSY1352-NK series prepaid metering instrument, which mainly measures all conventional power parameters, such as: three-phase voltage, current, active power, power factor, frequency, Active power, remaining power, remaining amount.

The following functions were realized on site:

1. Centralized meter reading service system

The centralized meter reading service program includes three modules. In addition to the centralized remote meter reading of all meters, which runs all year round, it also integrates the alarm SMS sending service, which can automatically generate mobile phone SMS and send it to the counterparty. For shop users, this function needs to be used in conjunction with the hardware SMS modem.

By default, the system performs a remote centralized meter reading for all meters in half an hour, and the time interval supports personalized configuration.

2. Remote prepaid power management system

The system is divided into five modules, which are the operator login module, the system configuration module, the user (shop) management module, the electricity sales management module, and the report center module. The general operation and operation process of the system is as follows:

a) Login management: manage operator accounts and authority assignments, view system logs and other functions;

b) System settings: configure the buildings, meters and default parameters;

c) User management: perform operations such as account opening, account cancellation, remote opening and closing, meter reading export and record query for shop users;

d) Electricity sales management: remotely sell electricity, return electricity, reconcile, and record inquiries on the accounts that have been opened;

e) Report Center: Provides inquiries about electricity sales financial reports, energy consumption reports, and alarm reports.

The system not only supports one household with one meter, but also supports one household with multiple meters; at the same time, it supports and solves the problem of transferring the amount of old meters when the new and old meters are switched after the project transformation; supports peak and valley electricity prices, and supports one meter. In batch remote operation scenarios, the system provides a number of functions. Different colors are displayed for account opening, alarm 1, alarm 2, arrears, no account opening, and disconnection status; and it supports remote control of the instrument and remote control command types. as follows:

1. Electricity price issuance; 2. Setting issuance (issuing alarm amount threshold and overload power threshold); 3. Guaranteed power (mandatory meter closing); 4. Resuming prepayment (automatic tripping mode for arrears); 5. Switch off (forced power off); 6. Export meter reading (export all current meter status to EXCEL)

The system also connects the electric energy metering instrument to the system, and provides auxiliary energy consumption query reports after remote centralized meter reading, which provides a strong basis for energy consumption analysis, energy use comparison, and safe electricity use. This function is used to replace part of the energy consumption analysis and management system functions

The system also provides multiple reports for inquiries, including daily/monthly/yearly financial sales statistics, lost connection/communication management machine inquiry reports, energy consumption inquiry reports, real-time alarm/historical alarm inquiry reports, and support for export. The following is the daily energy query report of the financial statement and prepayment table:

4 Conclusion

With the progress of social production, as the power consumption of commercial squares continues to increase and the requirements for power supply quality continue to increase, there are also a large number of arrears of electricity charges, which greatly increases the business risks of commercial squares. In order to increase the collection rate of electricity charges in the commercial plaza and avoid the economic losses caused by malicious arrears, our company provides a complete set of pre-payment solutions. The system can not only collect electricity charges in advance, realize "pay first, use electricity later", but also target users Selective curtailment. The on-site remote prepayment system realized the payment before the electricity consumption, which can avoid the problem of the advancement of electricity charges in the shopping mall, thereby alleviating the financial pressure on the operation of the commercial plaza, and preventing the problem of private electricity stealing.
