Mainly divided into EBOM (design) and MBOM (manufacturing). EBOM reflects the product structure and can be used to generate material requirements plans. MBOM embodies the manufacturing process of the product and can be used to generate job plans and guide actual production operations. EBOM is derived from the EBOM tree of PDM. The import method can be divided into tight integration and non-compact integration. The former PDM directly interfaces with the MES, and uses the integrated interface to import the required data. The use is simple, but the development amount is large, and the two systems affect each other. If the system upgrades in the future may affect the integration. The latter is derived from the PDM to generate the intermediate file, and then imported into the MES to generate the BOM tree. There is no direct data exchange between the two systems, and the development is relatively easy; even if the system is upgraded in the future, as long as the data format of the import and export is unchanged, the system runs.
