1. Name of the bidding project: Outdoor full-color screen procurement project of Zhongshan Secondary Professional School.

3. Delivery time: 30 days after the contract is signed.
4. Brief content of the bidding project: Outdoor full-color screen of Zhongshan Secondary Specialized School (The bidding goods must be goods produced from the territory of the People's Republic of China. Second, qualified bidders
1) The supplier shall be an independent legal entity with a registered capital of not less than RMB 1 million and independent of the purchaser and the procurement agency;
2) The supplier must be an LED display manufacturer or a legal distributor (the supplier's business license must have a LED product business scope);
3) The manufacturer must pass the ISO9001 quality certification and ROHS certification; the bidding products must provide a copy of the inspection report of the State Quality Supervision Department.
4) The supplier has completed the successful performance of the outdoor full-color LED screen project in the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong Province in the past three years (2006-2008) (subject to relevant contract and acceptance report);
5) The foreign supplier shall have a resident after-sales service organization in the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong Province (providing a branch registration certificate or office space lease contract);
6) The supplier must register with the purchasing agency and purchase the negotiation documents.
