UR5639 is another new polyurethane resin. Features of UR5639 include: low exotherm, low viscosity, low hardness, flexibility, transparent resin, potting for a large number of electronic devices, especially LEDs. The flexibility of the cured resin means that the stress on the component pins does not become high during curing.

Consistent with certain types of polyurethane resins, optically clear silicone resins such as Electrolube-SC3001 are superior in UV resistance and the transparency of the product is excellent in laboratory optical testing. This fully demonstrates that the product's UV resistance makes it ideal for LED lighting because the color stability of the resin is important for achieving minimal color temperature drift in LED lighting.
