Rope method
1) The main equipment of the elevator has been installed, the car chassis has been calibrated, and the safety gear has clamped the guide rail.
2) Assemble the heavy frame at the top level and the car level (the weight is not put temporarily), and use the chain hoist to hang the frame.
3) Outside the top floor hall, set up a temporary rope rack, put each bundle of wire rope on the shelf, which should be flexible and easy to lay the rope.
4) First make a rope end of the wire rope, and according to the requirements, the wire rope is fixed from the rope rack → square wood → car top wheel → guide wheel → counterweight wheel → rope head on the machine room rope head board.
5) Check the elevator shaft so that there is no obstruction when the counterweight frame slides down. At the bottom of the well, the position of the frame is slid or the temporary support is set to ensure the accuracy of the length of the wire rope.
6) After the counterweight frame slides down to the specified position, clamp each wire rope and the wire rope on the chain hoist with a rope head clamp on the top layer to prevent the frame from sliding down. Then make the other end of the rope head, hang it on the rope head board and fix it.
7) Staffing: 2 people in the machine room are responsible for the brake rope device; each bundle of wire ropes is controlled by one rope; to ensure the speed of the rope is consistent, one is responsible for the command; 1 patrol personnel are arranged outside the shaft, and the person runs down the stairs. With the walkie-talkie reporting frame down position and the tightness of the ropes.
2 Safety measures
When the wire rope is placed in the counterweight frame, the traction machine brake device does not function. As the framework declines, the speed of the speed-free control framework will decline faster and faster, which may lead to accidents. Therefore, the slow speed and brake rope measures are taken during the rope release process, and the speed can be slowed down or stopped at any time.
1) Slow speed measures. Temporarily tying two solid squares on the car column, so that each wire rope coils the two squares in the shape of an S to the car top wheel, increasing the friction of the wire rope as it slides down, causing the frame to slowly slide down.
2) Brake rope measures. On the traction wheel of the engine room, use a wooden board with a thickness of about 50mm and the same width as the traction sheave. One end is placed on the hoisting machine frame, and 1/3 of the wooden board is attached to the wire rope of the traction sheave. When deceleration or braking is required during the rope release, all the ropes can be braked by adding a certain force to the other end of the board.
3 Comparison of two methods of rope feeding
1) The conventional rope release is carried out by one root. If the elevator rope is 2:1 winding, place each wire rope to the bottom of the well and then pull it to the top with a winch. Not only is it time-consuming and labor-intensive, but the wire rope is easy to be untidy, and it is easy to hand over the scaffolding steel pipe*. By using the counterweight frame to release the rope, the wire rope can be discharged at one time, and the above situation does not occur.
2) Conventional rope release requires the operator to go up and down in the hoistway to check the operation of the wire rope. Elevators over 20 floors require several people to do the work at the same time, which is both laborious and labor intensive and unsafe. Now, no matter how high the floor is, it can be completed by one inspector.
3) It takes one day for the wire rope of a 20-story elevator to be placed normally, and now the preparation speed is only 2 hours, and the speed of the rope is increased by 3 to 4 times. If the floor of the building is higher and the number of elevators is greater, the more time saved.
Practice has proved that this method is applicable to the installation of elevators in high-rise buildings with the advantages of time saving, labor saving and safety.
The RCA interface (CVBS)
Composite Video Broadcast Signal
CVBS is short for Composite Video Broadcast Signal. This is the most common video interface, the first application in the field of radio and television, then a lot of camera output support the CVBS interface, CVBS signals are interlaced video signal, and a resolution of 720 x576 (PAL) or 720 x480 (NTSC), CVBS is the analog video signal interface, has gradually been digital video signal interface and replace the hd video signal interface.
The AV interface (CVBS)
AV video interface English full name is: "Composite video connector", AV terminal is usually consists of three lines, transmission of video is usually yellow RCA terminal, the other with two red and white RCA terminal transmit audio, transmitted in AV terminal is analog TV signal source of three elements: Y, U, V, as well as the benchmark of the pulse signal synchronization. Y represents the brightness of the image (luminance, also called brightness), and contains the sync pulse, as long as there is signal Y can see black and white television image (in fact, this is the method of color TV and early black and white TV compatible). The U and V signals are loaded with color data. The U and V are first mixed into two sets of orthogonal phases ina signal (the mixed signal is called Chrominance), and then summed with the Y signal. Since Y is the fundamental signal and UV is mixed with the carrier, this summing action is equivalent to frequency division multiplexing.
