This article shares a detailed step-by-step DIY of the assembly of all-digital audio power amplifier circuit, the required materials and the functions of the desktop speaker, etc. The digital power amplifier board circuit, switching power supply, display panel and circuit welding used to the final molding test the overall assembly.
In recent days, I DIY assembled a small all-digital desktop power amplifier. The small and exquisite appearance is placed on the desktop for computer playing songs. The characteristics of the power amplifier are as follows:
1. Appearance size: aluminum alloy profile shell 74.2mm & TImes; 89.6mm & TImes; 130mm
2. Output power: 2 & TImes; 3W (used to drive left and right 3W small speakers), 2 & TImes; 15W (used to promote bookshelf speakers). (No radiator needed)
3. Power supply method: USB (only 2 × 3W group), built-in battery 3.6V (only 2 × 3W group), 220V AC power, three ways can be independent power supply, USB and 220V AC power supply can charge the built-in battery .
4. Operation mode: panel key + remote control.
5. Play function: support U disk, SD card, external audio input, FM radio.
6. Play format: MP3.
7. Display: Two-color LCD display.
8. Voice: Support multi-language, can display Chinese songs and lyrics.
