Feeding ahead: The first SNB Xeon motherboard is available

The new Xeon Xeon server and workstation processor based on the Sandy Bridge architecture has not yet been officially released, but the supporting motherboard has already taken a step forward. A new board from ASUS has appeared in the retail market.

Sandy Bridge Xeon processor product line is very rich, in which the single-channel series will be named Xeon E3-1000 series, and the desktop version is almost exactly the same in the specifications, but also LGA1155 package interface, the supporting single-chip set is C202, C204, also All are B3 new steps, platform code "Bromolow".

Asustek currently has prepared five single-channel motherboards based on the Intel C20x series chipset. The models are P8B-C/4L, P8B-C/SAS/4L, P8B-E/4L, P8B-M, and P8B-X. Specifications are not listed in detail, the processor model support list is blank, and even photos are blurred.
