Apple's first flagship store in Europe is located in London, and Gensler has designed an interactive environment to enhance the brand's control of life. The architectural glass staircase and bridge are connected to the ground floor and the second floor. On the second floor, Apple products feature the Genius Bar to provide customer service. The second floor has other features, customers can connect with Apple creative staff, a lecture hall, a small hall for children.
Gensler, from a customer's point of view, supports the weathered semi-reflective thinner by tilting panes to create a top-of-the-line light that feels like a daylight.
