First, the gas turbine flowmeter installation requirements


1. Before installation, the pipeline must be purged to prevent the residual iron filings from affecting the normal operation of the flowmeter.


2. Before the installation, when the turbine is blown with a small airflow, the turbine can be rotated flexibly, and there is no irregular noise. The counting rotation is normal and there is no interruption and the flowmeter can be installed and used.


3. When installing the gas turbine flowmeter, install a sealing gasket between the flange and the pipe flange.


4. The filter should be installed before the gas flow meter. If the temperament is dirty, the oil filter should be installed. Before ordering, the user can order it at the same time. It is forbidden to connect the filter directly to the flowmeter.


5. The gas turbine flowmeter should be added to the valve before and after installation.


6. There should be no protrusions in the pipe joints at the flange connection.


7. When the gas turbine flowmeter is installed, it is strictly forbidden to directly conduct electric welding at the inlet and outlet flanges to avoid burning the internal parts of the flowmeter.


8. The gas turbine flowmeter should be installed in a place that is easy to maintain, has no strong electromagnetic interference, no mechanical vibration and thermal radiation.


9. Gas turbine flowmeters should not be used in applications where flow is frequently interrupted and there is strong pulsating flow or pressure pulsation.


10. When the gas turbine flowmeter is installed outdoors, the upper part should be covered to prevent the rainwater from immersing and the sun exposure affecting the service life of the flowmeter.


11. The gas turbine flowmeter can be installed horizontally or vertically. The direction of fluid flow should be consistent with the direction marked on the casing. In the upstream of the flowmeter, a straight pipe section of not less than 10Dn should be ensured, and a straight pipe section of not less than 5Dn after the table should be ensured.


12. In order not to affect the normal flow of the fluid, it is recommended to install the bypass line as shown in Figure 2. The bypass line valve must be closed during normal use.


Second, the gas turbine flowmeter use precautions


1. The maximum leak detection pressure of the medium and low pressure meter: ≤1.0Mpa, the temperature and pressure compensation type leak detection pressure does not exceed 3 times of the upper limit of the pressure sensor. The high pressure case is leak tested at a pressure of 1.2 times the rated flow.


2. The following provisions shall be observed during leak detection and installation and use after installation:


a Close the outlet valve and intake valve first.


b Open the air outlet valve slightly, then slowly open the intake valve to make the watch start slowly, then slowly open the air outlet valve to achieve normal operation, to prevent sudden start and damage the watch core.


c When shutting down, close the air outlet valve and then close the intake valve. Observe the above rules every time you start.


3. After installing and using the gas turbine flowmeter, do not touch the fasteners such as bolts, screws and nuts at will, so as to avoid the danger of air leakage and damage.


4, the flowmeter movement (temperament clean) should be cleaned and maintained once every six months; (temperament is dirty) should be cleaned and maintained once a month.


5. If the movement is re-commissioned after being disassembled and repaired, the sealing test should be carried out according to the maximum pressure. And inject the precision instrument oil or transformer oil into the movement.


Third, the use of gas turbine flowmeter


1. After the user installs the flowmeter, unscrew the back cover and plug in the battery power to display the full screen (digital, Chinese characters), about 8 seconds.


After the clock, you can work normally. When replacing the battery, first unplug the battery and replace it with a new one to re-operate. At this time, the meter factor does not change.


2, three-point coefficient double-row liquid crystal display device numbering method


a. Open the front cover of the instrument, press the right button and the F button at the same time, the meter enters the set state, at this time, the top row


The bit word displays 1, indicating that the meter factor of the first point can be set at this time. The last four digits of the upper row can set the sensor output pulse frequency value of the corresponding point, and the lower row of eight digits can set the meter coefficient value of the point.


b. First, the highest bit flashes, press the up key, add 1 to the desired value, press the shift key, the flashing bit moves to the right, and then use the up key to select the bit value... When the flashing shifts to the last digit, press the key , you can re-enter this parameter. The meter factor format is XXXXXX.XX


c. After checking the error, press the F key to enter the setting of the next meter factor. The setting method is the same as above.


d. After setting the three-point coefficient and pressing the right-click F key at the same time, the meter enters the working state. The upper row shows four instantaneous flow rates, and the lower row shows eight cumulative traffic.


e. In the working state, press the F key, the total amount can be cleared.


Note: Using the three-point meter coefficient for nonlinear correction of the flow sensor requires the user to clearly know the meter coefficients corresponding to the different flow points (frequency points), namely F1—K1, F2—K2, F3—K3.


After setting the parameters, check the error, press the right button F at the same time to return to the working state, the upper row shows four instantaneous flow, and the lower row shows eight cumulative flow.


In the working state, press the F key, the total amount can be cleared.
