2) The welding line process is tricky:
The wire is the link between the chip and the bracket with gold wire. The raw material used is gold wire. There are two kinds of alloy wire and gold wire on the market. The gold wire is divided into 0.7, 0.9, 1.0, 1.2, etc. according to the thickness.
