Special note: The cable connection port has been equipped with a moisture-proof protective cover. Do not cut the cable or damage the protective cover during use to avoid the product losing its moisture-proof function and causing it to fail.
The transmitter should be installed in a ventilated, dry, non-corrosive, cool place. If it is installed in the open air, it should be equipped with a protective cover to avoid sunlight and rain. Otherwise, the performance of the transmitter will be reduced or malfunction.
The transmitter is mounted directly on the pipe or vessel wall of the system under test using pressure interface threads (standard configuration M20 x 1.5) without the use of mounting brackets. The product pressure port (standard configuration) is equipped with a sealing groove. When the measured pressure is large, a nylon or copper gasket is added to ensure a good seal.
When installing the transmitter, please be careful to rotate the cable in the same direction as the product. Otherwise, it will affect the protection effect of the product and cause product failure.

The transmitter is a precision instrument. When installing, avoid strong impact and beating. The tightening torque should be less than 70Nm. The small-range transmitter (range less than 0.5MPa) should be less than 14Nm.
Take care to protect the transmitter from the cable. When used in industrial fields, it is recommended to use metal tube protection or overhead. Do not loosen the sealing nut at the cable outlet to prevent moisture from entering.
When the measured medium temperature is higher than the specified operating temperature of the transmitter, use a pressure tube or other cooling device (information source: http://) to reduce the temperature to the temperature range specified by the transmitter. Inside.
The pressure transmitter is made of stainless steel and has certain corrosion resistance. If the measured medium is corrosive, the transmitter should be made of corrosion-resistant material. To prevent the pressure hole from being blocked, it should not be solidified within the working temperature range. Pairs of sensitive cores cause damage to solids.
When cleaning the pressure port and the pressure port of the transmitter, use trichloroethylene or alcohol to inject into the pressure hole, and gently shake it to pour out the liquid. Do not use any utensils to protrude into the pressure hole to avoid damage to the sensitive core.
