Drop hammer impact tester
1. According to the test requirements, determine the mass of the hammer and the impact height, and prepare the sample for use.
2, determine the mass of the hammer

Hammer for R5×19, R10×19, R25×19, R30×19, R50×25 (aluminum, 40cr mixed)
A hammer + hammer + nut = 0.50kg
B hammer + hammer + nut = 1.75kg
C hammer + hammer + hammer + nut = 9.50kg
The weights are shown in the table below:

The quality of the hammer body:
The weight of the hammer is 0.5~1.75kg, A hammer + hammer + nut + weight;
The mass of the hammer is 1.75~10.25kg, B hammer + hammer + nut + weight;
Hammer mass is 10.25~16.00kg, C hammer + hammer head + hammer seat + nut + weight;
Example: Hammer mass 4.0kg
4.00=1.75kg (B hammer + hammer + nut) + 0.25 (weight) + 2.00 (weight);
Hammer mass 12.5kg
12.50=9.50kg (C hammer + hammer + nut) +3.00 (weight)
2.2 For R50×90 steel hammerhead
A hammer + hammer + nut = 1.25kg
B hammer + hammer + nut = 2.50kg
C hammer + hammer + hammer + nut = 10.25kg

Need to use R50×90 aluminum hammer head, when 1kg mass impact, should be used
A hammer + R50 × 90 aluminum hammer + nut = 1.00kg

When using 0.25kg hammer impact, you should use 0 hammer + R50 × 25 (aluminum) hammer + round nut = 0.25kg hammer

Put the hammer rod out of the sliding sleeve under the hammer seat, and place the selected weight on the hammer rod and tighten the nut.
4. Turn on the power and enter the working state.

Press the "slow up" button to lift the hammer off the bottom and press the "stop" button to facilitate the installation of the sample.
6. Open the test chamber door and place the sample on the V-shaped iron.

Observe the status of the left photoelectric switch red indicator light: Off indicates that the sample is too high to pass the light. The light indicates that the sample is low, the light can pass, and the lifting hand wheel is adjusted so that the center of the sample and the center of the phototube are on the same level.
8. Determine the height zero point: use the “slow drop†and “slow rise†keys to make the hammer just touch the sample and adjust the height of the scale so that the pointer is just at the “0†point.

Close the protective net and door, press the “fast up†button, the ruler indicates the lifting height, and press the “stop†button after rising to the predetermined height.
10. Impact: first press the “pre-drop hammer†button to make the indicator light on this button light, then press the “drop hammer†button, the hammer body will fall and impact the sample. Note: Press the “pre-drop hammer†button: the button stop indicator does not light, indicating that the sample is too high, and the sample height needs to be re-adjusted. “Pre-drop hammer†button: Press this button to enter the pre-drop hammer state (after the sample is installed), press the “drop hammer†button, the hammer body will drop immediately, press other buttons to release the drop hammer state.
11. When the hammer impacts the sample and the sample is not broken to cause the hammer to rebound, the photoelectric signal control hammer mechanism will quickly clamp the rebound hammer body to achieve the purpose of preventing secondary impact.
12. Press the “Fall and Drop†button. The pin on the hammer base is inserted into the solenoid valve seat, and the micro switch is pressed down to stop.
13. According to the second step, take out the sample, put in a new sample, repeat the steps, and perform some adjustment and inspection work in the middle.
14. Shutdown: Turn off the power control box power switch and the main power supply.
